Kenya Airways has cautioned its customers of possible changes in flight schedules.
KQ made the announcement following an airport workers’ strike that has left hundreds of passengers stranded at the Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (JKIA).
The national carrier issued a public notice on Wednesday, September 11, stating that the strike affected departing and arriving passengers.
The airline assured passengers it would continue to monitor the situation and update them on the affected flights. KQ further issued helplines for passengers seeking assistance to reach out to the Customer Excellence team
